Go to the ATLAS website and click "Register as Teacher" on the login page. Fill in your details using your @deped.gov.ph email.

On the login page, click the Register as Teacher button at the bottom.
I-click ang "Register as Teacher" button sa ibaba ng login page.
Enter your full name, @deped.gov.ph email, position, district, school, and select your advisory section(s). Set a password (min. 8 characters).
I-fill up ang iyong buong pangalan, @deped.gov.ph email, posisyon, district, school, advisory section, at password.
Click Register. A success message will appear — check your email inbox for the verification link.

After registering, check your @deped.gov.ph inbox (or spam folder) for the verification email from Project ATLAS.

Log in to your @deped.gov.ph Google Workspace email (mail.google.com).
Buksan ang iyong @deped.gov.ph email sa mail.google.com.
Look for an email from Project ATLAS with subject "Verify Your Email Address". Check spam/junk if not in inbox.
Hanapin ang email mula sa "Project ATLAS" — tingnan din ang spam folder.
Click the blue verification button in the email. Your account will be activated and you can now log in!
I-click ang asul na "Verify My Email" button. Ma-activate na ang account mo!
If you don't receive the email after 5 minutes, check your Spam/Junk folder. You can also contact your school ICT coordinator for assistance.
After logging in, you'll see your Dashboard — showing your sections, student counts, and quick-access cards.

Your dashboard shows stat cards (total students, sections, present/absent), your advisory sections, and quick links.

Use the sidebar menu (or hamburger icon on mobile) to access modules: My Students, Attendance, and SSHS Survey.
Gamitin ang sidebar menu para pumunta sa iba't ibang modules.
Navigate to the SSHS Guidance Survey module to view your students' survey completion status, career choices, college course selections, non-respondents, and export data as CSV.

In the sidebar, click SSHS Survey (under Surveys section). This opens the survey results dashboard with stats, charts, and student data.

View stat cards showing total students, responded, completion rate, non-respondents, and male/female breakdown. See the career cluster pie chart and top course bar chart.

The responses table shows each student's career target, 1st/2nd/3rd college course choices, academic cluster, and electives. Click a student's name to see their full details.

Scroll down to the Non-Respondents section to see students who haven't taken the survey yet. Remind them to log in to ATLAS and complete it.

Click the green "Export CSV" button at the top to download all survey responses as a spreadsheet file. Use this for reports, consolidation, or sharing with the guidance office.

The Strengthened Senior High School (SSHS) Guidance Survey helps Grade 10 students choose their future career, select college courses, and get auto-suggested academic and tech-pro electives. As an adviser, you can monitor who has completed it, see their career choices, view cluster distributions, and export all data for the guidance office.
