Project ATLAS (All-in-one Teaching, Learning & Administration System) is a comprehensive school management system for the Division of Zamboanga Sibugay — managing enrollment, attendance, grading, and school operations for all grade levels.
Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, LRN, birthdate, sex, address, contact number
- Academic Information: Grade level, section, track, strand, school, adviser
- Academic Data: Grades, attendance records, class schedules, assessment results
- Parent/Guardian Data: Names and relationships for parent login access
- Account Data: Login credentials (hashed), session logs
Purpose
- To manage student enrollment, attendance, and academic records
- To generate school forms (SF1–SF10) and official reports
- To facilitate grading, class records, and report card generation
- To support school administration and division-level monitoring
Data Protection
- Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing
- Access is restricted by role-based permissions
- Data is stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections
